Who we are

James Anglin Studios ("we", "us") is a private music, voice and art instruction studio based in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. You can reach us at mcgtenor@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: name, email address, optional phone number, optional subject and your message.
• Neurographical Art Class registration: name, email address, optional phone number, number of seats and an optional message.
• Newsletter signup: email address and, optionally, your name.
• Optional marketing consent: if you tick the optional box on a form, we record that you agreed to receive studio news by email.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank or payment card numbers, or medical information through this website.

Automatically collected technical information

Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and requested page) to serve pages and to protect the forms from abuse. If you allow optional error monitoring, our error reporting provider also receives technical details about crashes and page errors. See the Cookie Policy for details and controls.

How we use information

• To reply to your message or enquiry.
• To confirm and administer class registrations.
• To send studio news and event announcements, if you asked for them.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and diagnose technical problems.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate this site. They process information on our behalf under their own terms:

• Lovable / Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — database storage for form submissions.
• Sentry — optional error monitoring (only if you allow it).
• Google Maps — the embedded map on the Contact page loads from Google.

We do not operate an advertising network on this site and we do not knowingly disclose your information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep records of classes and enrolments, and then delete them on request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing mcgtenor@gmail.com.

Your choices and rights

• Marketing emails are optional and never required to submit a form.
• You can unsubscribe from studio news at any time by replying or emailing us.
• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights; we honour these requests regardless.
• We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of non-essential storage.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Where lessons or classes involve a minor, we ask that a parent or guardian submit the form and correspond with us.

Security

We validate and limit what the forms accept, store submissions in an access-restricted database, and serve the site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information through this site.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
